The purpose of this Terms & Conditions page is to explain the terms of use for our website and products. By using this website or purchasing a product you agree to abide and be bound by the terms listed below, effective upon the date on which you have used the Website, read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change or modify these at any time without prior notice. Please note that these terms and conditions are for the Sarah Ryland site only. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should cease using the Website immediately.

 

RETURNS, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Returns are accepted on undamaged, unused product within 10 working days of purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. We do not accept returns on used items. We reserve the right to ask for a proof of purchase before repairing. We shall not accept returns for change of mind or if you make a wrong decision unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied by ourselves if you have failed to contact us directly prior to returning the item. Print inks/colours may vary slightly.

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICIES

Order processing can take 1-3 working days prior to the item leaving our premises. During sale periods, processing time can increase up to 5 working days. We are unable to ship to PO Box. Once Your order has been confirmed and accepted by us it will be handed over to one of Our trusted courier or shipping service providers for delivery. At this point you will receive a tracking number. Import tax and border charges incurring tax/duty or any other applicable charges are determined by your destination the contents and the values of the consignment. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order, or they may be charged to you at a later date. Charges of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver. We will not be liable for these charges under any circumstances. If the charges of a held shipment are refused at the destination the shipment will be abandoned and we will not be responsible to refund the original order.

We are not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the package is in the hands of the courier.

If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts or otherwise the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.

 

PRIVACY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.sarahryland.com. It also explains the specific ways we use and disclose that information. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting any personal information we collect from you: we never sell lists, email addresses, data or personal information.

'We' or 'us' refers to Sarah Ryland, this privacy policy is effective with respect to any data that we have collected or collect about you/or from you, the 'user'.
